Seeds of Africa was founded on the powerful belief: every South African has the potential to grow, succeed and thrive, regardless of their background. We believe lasting transformation begins by unlocking people’s strengths, building self-belief and creating opportunities. What began more than 27 years ago as an initiative providing mentorship, seed capital and entrepreneurial business skills training in underserved communities has grown into a holistic, integrated model that nurtures human potential at every stage. Through personal mastery, practical life skills, entrepreneurial development, financial capability, community partnerships, networking and leadership we equip educators and entrepreneurs to create sustainable livelihoods, strengthen families and transform communities.

With a career spanning transformative roles in Enterprise and Supplier Development, Sales, and Marketing at top companies like Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, South African Breweries, Anglo American, and the IEC, she excels at driving inclusive growth and strengthening value chains. Holding an MBA and guided by clarity, heart, and wisdom, Rudzani leads Seeds of Africa into a bold new chapter—where vision meets impact, and meaningful change unfolds.
